Sacred Rides Mountain Bike Holidays (formerly Fernie Fat-Tire Adventures) is bringing their traveling Peruvian roadshow to British Columbia and California. After company president Mike Brcic and 5 others rode the Inca trail from Lima to Machu Picchu last November, Mike - also an amateur photographer - put together a nifty little multimedia show to showcase their trip to the folks back home.

And an epic trip it was: 6,000-vertical foot descents, badass singletrack, tarantulas the size of a man's head, and lots of Inca culture and remote villages, plus the famed Lost City of Machu Picchu.

The show features photos, videos (including some great helmetcam of a trail that starts at 14,500 feet) and music from Peru.

The best part? Proceeds from the event go to worthy causes: local MTB clubs and Bicycles Without Borders (Sacred Rides' own non-profit organization that hands out free bikes to families in developing countries). The organization's first delivery is this spring in Peru and funds are needed to help pay for shipping costs.

The tour will be visiting Fernie, Nelson, Squamish, North Vancouver & California. For more information, visit www.sacredrides.com or call 1-888-423-7849.
