Jewelers Row on Seventh st. near Sansom. Safian and Rudolph is actually on the corner of Seventh and Sansom. It is the place to go. Do your research before you go and know exactly what you want and are willing to pay for. I don't know if you can still buy retail at I. Gansky but if you can hit them up on Sansom st. They are the place to go for settings. Basically you can pick any shop or stall in that area and you will get hooked up. They are all very competitive and if you start qouting prices they will try to beat each others deals. If you go there and expect help and a good deal with out doing your research they will "mark" and try to pass of leftovers on you.......jdcamb
