Can somebody pm me a scrip that will resize all open images and name them sequencially? I know it's pretty easy to do and I would like to use them on the current batch but can't remember and don't want to take the time to figure it out. (I need to get through them) I'm willing to pay a few bucks for the info if you need it..

Create an Action (PS has good help files) and then File->Automate-> Batch.

I need to save it to srgb from adobe rgb
That would be part of your Action. Edit-> Convert to Profile-> srgb (selected from the Destination Space drop down menu).

file -> batch -> destination (pick folder) -> choose "N digit serial number" in the right hand field

Thanks! that saves me a lot of time. I should have started doing this long ago. I gotta break down and take a photoshop class.

make some actions for your typical workflow and you'll speed things up even more. i have the function keys mapped to do most things i need to do: downsize, convert profiles, rotate left/right, sharpen, "add pop" (unsharp mask at 3%, 50 px, 4 threshold to boost local contrast), run the noise reduction routine, save as jpeg in a particular folder, etc.

the mouse is just for selecting areas for cloning and cropping :)

Toshi, whats the function key for rotate left or right, I still can't find that stupid thing.
you have to record an action in which you select the rotate left, etc. command, and then assign a shortcut key to that action

I'm happy to say that my other computer is at this very moment adjusting every image at my last weekends wedding. I estimate it is going to save me somewhere in the neighborhood of 6 hours in front of the computer.
All of a sudden I don't mind so much paying that $700 for Adobe :)
