Alright got a little diagram here.. Basically what im trying to figure out is what length and spring rate im going to need to satisfy the specifications mentioned in the diagram. The spring im talking about is the lines of green dots next to the plunger.

Oh and yes, sofar its working (only paid $350 for lowest model, and now it'll be as good as the top model with $20 investment of top cap and some VERY MINOR machine work lol) i just need to figure out the most efficient spring and/or elastomer combo to use instead of guess and check.
