Spent the day down at Oakley today. built a new trail with a couple berms, a bridge, and a new jump. did a lot of cleanup work on other trails. pics are of my friend as I had the camera.

heres a video we tossed together out of boredom of a couple falls, cause everyone loves falls.

Dude, that first case was one of those "I was close, if I hit the pump a bit better I can make it" cases.... cant say I would have tried that again.

I'm going to working down around that area soon. I'll be there for 3 weeks in Feb and the bike is coming with me. If anyone is willing to show those trails to me I'll return the favour with a few beers.

there ya happy now? the general location of these jumps has been given out numerous times on different boards but yet they aren't easy to find at all even if you know a general area.

How old are you ZJ? I've seen 3 sets of DJ's get torn down recently because of 50's or other reasons, lake forest being the most recent. sorry, but oakley jumps were not built by oakley employees for oakley entertainment. they are on private property and have been built up by various people, including myself. You cannot control who shows up to ride here and more importantly, you can't predict how the owners of the land feel towards people showing up to ride on their land. The less you discuss them on a public forum, the better. Unfortunately, that is the state of riding bikes.

ya I understand. I've been around for the plowing of these sites too. I have taken the info off of here. I'm not trying to cause any drama, just posting some pics. The comment about the oakley employees was only stated because thats what I was told by one of the employees that I ran into. Did not claim to build it all but just the start of it. I too have built things there and am continuing to build new lines and clean up the old ones. No harm meant. no locations mentioned anymore. sorry about that.

However if I can I'll still PM you before I'm down to arrange a ride. I'll be working in Riverside so it's not too far a drive out to Irvine.
