We have this awesome 2k+ acre nature preserve behind my house, and its got this killer boardwalk that goes around this one lake, thought id share some pictures of it today. The weather sucked and i didnt feel like going get dirt, so I went and took some photos. These photos are from my crapy Soccer Mom cam, so youll just have to deal if they are out of focus and the light is bad. :nuts:

How would i get some more contrast? Im trying to save for a nicer camera. the one im using now has one of those 'auto light meters' and likes to automaticly adjust the picture to what it thinks to be good. So its a real pain.

is it digital?
if so, you just open up photoshop and play with the contrast levels...

Edit: But yeah, it looks a ton better in the 2nd picture. Even better if it were a larger file.

a lot of simple/ free editors can do contrast too. too many to name them... google

Yeah, agreed. Most free or shareware editing programs should have this option.

Use the Gimp. It's Photoshop for the poor.........
