Just spoke to the office manager there today.
No, they won't be opening earlier than the usual scheduled May 1st opening.
Despite the dry weather.
So, please hold off a few more weeks. As usual, Armstrong and Pilchuck Tracts are open.
Rode Armstrong today and it's in good shape. No mud and the sand isn't too loose yet. Some trails sure need brushing though.

Hey, I'd be happy to show you around someday. But, you can't possibly ride it all in one day.
7 square miles and over 45 miles of trail.
But, droppin' the, "Bloody Leg-Ridge-Crossover-Bridge" trail combo back to the cars from the top is one run that's locally tough to beat. The Ridge Trail's got flow.
The back side dropping off the sculpture has another sweet line that most bikers sadly never hit in Outhouse to Up-and-Down. It's got a great roller down, carry speed, roller up section that goes on for a long, long time.
