anyone ever had probs with pb sales..
bought the collective on dvd from there, its arrived cracked and they wont acknowlegde my emails.

getting annoying now

he might be a tad slow getting back to you since the site has been under going server upgrades.

is the CD cracked or just the box? I've seen people not be careful when taking it out of the jewlecase - instead of pressing on the middle knob to take the CD out, they just try to yank on the edge = resulting in a broken CD.

its the cd, broken from the centre outwards as you describe, but i noticed it before i even took the dvd out of the case, its been shipped a long way, but the box doesnt look battered, so i dunno. it defo wasnt me, even i can read the txt on the button that says push..

is it only the center plastic piece? does it still play?

it radiates right out into the edge of the burn..ive played it once, but have put it back in the case, taking it out again may finish it off..
