The horst links on my devinci have little nylon (or similar, I dunno) washers that sit between the bits that are bolted together. Should these be fitted dry, with no grease on them or the surfaces they mate with, or greased. If so, what sort of grease is best?

I stripped it at fort will and greased all this stuff up and it's squeaking like a bitch now.

My old Titus used the same kind of bushings. And they where dry. Just make sure they are clean. But check with the mtg.

I usually make sure to put those in dry and clean, remember with grease, they will actract the dirt.

I found mine were greased slightly from the factory. So I regreased them accordingly during reassembly. Remember that grease does attract dirt from outside, but does not let it inside if the parts are designed and installed properly. Anyhow, you should just contact Freeborn/Devinci if you are still unsure.
