Hey, sorry to spam like this and I know it's a long shot posting here but I really want a mtn bike roomate.

I am renting two rooms in my house to ONE person (yep, they get both rooms...) I live in a brand new house with garage. I'm looking for a twenty something year old roomate who is mature and needs a place in Grand Junction.

600 bucks+ utilities. It's a nice pad.

Done. May be lacking in the furniture department (until I buy this place or a similar one...) but yeah, I like the idea.

I'll lease one of the rooms for 550. Give the person storage in the laundry room/garage. (but not car parking!)

That leaves you one of the rooms for whenever....
