I was in a similar boat as you a few days ago, but wasn't limited to just a plain white jersey. The thing that I found difficult was finding a jersey with a small logo, since eccc rules state that our school's logo has to be the main logo on the front and back.

My gf went searching for closeout jersies and had little trouble fiding a bunch of different plain-color styles. She bought some from Hind and Nike. ~$20 ea. Very small logo's, but light blue color. Why do you want white? Its only going to get stained on your first ride.
