Just letting people know about the annual night ride at platty on september 11th. They run the lift for a couple hours and it's just plain sick(they need to do it more than once a year). Anyway if you can go you should, besides the MTV is gonna be there yay. :angry:

I would definitely hit that. I just don't know if I wanna be in that tiny ass town with the MTV circus hits. You won't be able to swing a dead cat without hitting 50 groms.

Can you blame me? Riding platty with just your bike light and the light of your group. Bonfire, beer and fireworks.......you can't go wrong. i think the MTV thing is coverage of college racers. The plus side is it's the one time you may meet girls at platty.

i met echo at plattekill, but he hasn't talked to me since. matter of fact neither have you lexx. it's cool though, i found a good shrink and the therapy seems to be working. but i still break out in a cold sweat when i hear fireworks.

Sorry about that. It is a good time. Hmmm........I have a light.....I have a DH Bike......hmmmm. Although the bike doesn't have any pedals on it at the moment nor can it hold any (threads are stripped on the cranks).........but hopefully the crank arms can be saved by my lbs.

4.Remove visor from helmet, replace with 32W light
5.Relive those moments that have kept me in college for 7 years

I would be there but my wife is due this month. Imagine she's about to go into labor and I'm at Platty getting wacked at night watching kids jump thru flames and MTV filming. My luck it would be that day. l'm taking off this month from DH for a great reason but I'll be at the the October race. Have fun everyone who's going.
