The swingarm on my 2007 Trek Fuel EX7 cracked recently and since i am not the original owner it is not covered under warranty. I have searched ebay and multiple forums for a replacement, but it looks like they are hard to come by. If anyone has a suggestion or knows where else i can find one please let me know.

Have you tried your local trek dealer?


If nothing from 2007 is available. Trek might have replacements from the 2009 Fuel EX 5, which is the same framestyle.

It won't colour match but you'll be riding again...

I hear Trek carries spare parts for the Fuel.

I also hear buying an used bike means you have no warranty. Have to factor that into the overall cost of an used bike.

Yeah thats true, but $290 for the bike was to good of a deal to pass up, the parts alone are worth much more then that.
