Please help. I replaced my smashed derailleur with a new one. When I have the front in the middle ring and rear in the biggest, the chain stays in the biggest ring. The cable gets slack so i don't think its the cable length. It just stays in the big. it shifts fine from small to big. Also when i have the front in the small ring the rear works fine. So please help!

It may be your B-Tension screw. On SRAM derailleurs, you want 5mm of clearance between your upper derailleur pulley and your biggest ring in the back. Tighten the screw to add distance, unscrew to lessen the distance. The B-Tension screw is the one behind the 5mm mounting bolt that is oriented parallel to your bike.
