I bought a miniDV camcorder ZR-85 just over a year ago and have since used it 3 times

I went to use it the other day and it wouldn't turn on or charge so I got a new batterer today and still nothing and of course it only had a 1 year warranty so I am SOL

you would think for $500 it would work at least 4 times

Call up Canon they are usualy pretty good about getting people taken care of, I checked with my CPS rep. for you but they will only throw me deals on fixing still cameras, so I unfortunatly can't help.
