My stock rear axle is 12mm with shims at the frame to fit to 20mm. Is there such a thing as a 10mm with shims for 20mm so the Saint Axle can fit?

I don't think it would work. Even if you got the axle to hold the derailluer on, it would be too far outboard for the der to get to first gear.
