This is why I crop all of my dog pictures. I don't need you people telling me I shouldn't keep my double sided donkey dong in the living room.

Correction, giant effing clock that doesn't keep time. A broken clock is right twice a day, this one is right zero times a day. I have very little say in what gets hung on the wall in my house, I stock the bar and occasionally build the furniture.
so it can be happy hour all day. You win!

Charcoal took a while to reacclimate to the kayak (i.e he did a lot of walking and swimming)

Thank FSM that my son's RC boat battery only lasts 7 mins or so...

Lily is near 13. We indulge her every whim.

I feel guilty because we are looking at this boy to adopt and bring home and have her teach him to be a dog. He's 2 and is being treated for heartworm at 1 of the local shelters.

Fostering to adopt.

Working on getting she and our old lady Lily able to share the house.

Decent so far. We're giving I a week minimum before any decision.

I have no idea WTF was going on in that 1 photo.

what river? kind of reminds me of the Snake in Grand Teton
Good eye...

I'm floating Big Springs and the shitbox is 2 blocks off Mack's Inn [Island Park Idahoozle, aka Mormon RedNeck/SledNeck-riviera]

Big Springs is one of the 40 largest springs in the country and is a major source for Henry's Fork of the Snake River, the water originates from the Yellowstone Plateau and maintains a year-round temperature of 52 degrees.
....
Henrys Fork is a tributary river of the Snake River, approximately 127 miles (204 km) long, in southeastern Idaho in the United States. It is also referred to as the North Fork of the Snake River. Its drainage basin is 3,212 square miles (8,320 km2), including its main tributary, the Teton River.

+++++

So Charcoal decided a few floats back that he'd prefer to swim/run the lazy river float... 2 drink minimum™ than get on board my biggest boat, so I brought the smaller / easier to heft kayak today and let him do his thing...

Charcoal [thankfully] gave the noisy as funk Sandhill Cranes duo a wide berth... so freaking huge when they take off.

He did better this time than last, except he loves to find the stinkiest shit there is and roll around in it -- which I believe to be mounds of Pelican guano and the stench of fish/death/poop.
