i've seen tires blow and a spray/cloud of stuff puffs out. i always thought it was powder from the tube (assuming it is baby powder that keeps the rubber from sticking to itself when packaged).
Actually I figured it out. It's liquid fail.
huh, in that case, i think the guy was a quart low. there should have been a much bigger splash for that level of fail.
