I won't post it here, but there is a gif going around of a guy doing leg presses and locking his knees ... I encourage you to skip that one :panic:
Incline Leg Press is much more forgiving. Funny, am just starting back on Leg Press.

Backward though. Am adding another 100lbs next time - starting at around 750lbs x10, then removing weight but adding reps. About 80 reps total for 5 sets.



Still waiting for that new TOOL album.
