Rode the same setup last season and they where great. I had a few dents but due to riding too low air pressure. 1750g for the pair including rimtape and valves. And they run tubeless offcourse@tamo: how do u like the rims? sick ride

Yes its xtr. Dont ask me if they work, I have not ridden the bike yet. I did some modification and it involves cutting on the left arm haha. Its a perfect fit now, but as I mentioned I dont know if the will hold up Sorry to hear about the bad cs. I work in a bike shop and the swedish distributor is always helpful if anything happens. What was the "problem" with your frame?Tamo. Sick ride are those xtr cranks on there? If so how? I just got rid of my radical because of the poor customer service and the frame failing in a a few areas. There customer service still leaves a lot to be desired. Waiting since November to find out if there gonna give me a warranty on the current problem. Its like banging your head against a brick wall dealing with them.
heat gun works cause of the latex in house paint. i would be careful of heating it, i think the annealing temp is around 650f. i think a heat gun on high close to the surface could hit that.Yeah, I was gonna try that stuff. I didn't have much luck w/it on a trying to strip some old wheels(car wheels).. Anything more powerful than that stuff? I've read using a heatgun(to remove house paint) works, but don't wanna go to all the trouble and find out it's not gonna work either..
Thanks!Lookin good, Id love to get the new Gen jedi
Do you know what the geo is on that bike? Curious on the WB, bb height, & Bar height specifically.Almost rideable, still have stuff on order to finish color scheme but it will be rideable by tomorrow.

Brakeline is like that because I used to ride my brakes euro style, and have just switched back. Will be buying a front avid in the near future so no point in cutting it down and limiting resale value.Nice Sunday, but you should cut that front brake line.
Parts I changed from the stock bike is, flow rims and hope hubs, xtr cranks, twenty6 pedals and stem, dura ace casette, e13 chain ring, 180mm r1 rotors, nukeproof ti spring, carbocage and some other stuff as Ti bolts etc. Its not finnished yet, waiting on new tires and some small parts.Tamo can you post the full build? I'm really curious did you manage to go that low.
Mama called the doctor, and the doctor said,
i too work in a shop we no longer stock sunn. The Irish distributors gave up dealing with Sunn as they were a disaster. Myself and one of the other guys got hooked up with a deal on radicals we both snapped the chainstays. My work mates is slightly newer version than mine. I've also managed to crack the front end at the end of the gusset on the underside of the down tube and at the underside of the top tube along the weld were it meets the headtube. I've also another friend who has had his fail in the same places as mine. Mine was an 07 frame which i got in 08 and the other two frames were both 08 which had a revised chainstay setup from mine. It didn't seem to make much difference. If i remember correctly you had an ano red one last year? How did yours hold up? I loved how it rode although I think they need to add a medium to the size options. I found the large a little too long and the small is tiny. There customer service is completely lacking compared to many other manufacturers. So there was no way I could have bought another one. I don't mind the frame failing as it is a super light race frame and you expect it to have a certain life span but when it takes 3 months to sort out any issues. It certainly makes you think twice about being a return customer.
On the xtr cranks we tried the xt 48th chainset mod and it worked well with an lg1+ with a small bit of modification.
i thought they stopped making sundaysMama called the doctor, and the doctor said,
"No more Sundays jumping on the bed!"
cant just be french and english - in austria we dont get any cs from them anymore either! - i love my kern lt - but i know why i didnt buy the radical... just too much risk of not having a bike for a while as many people here experienced it - I'm really scared of breaking mine again (first time the cs service was awesome but now they dont answer to emails anymore or anything!) - it really is too bad because they do ride niceSo no problems at all with the cs. Maybe its some french man english man thing going on No but seriously I cant understand why the wont help people out faster like you mentioned other companys do. They just loose custumers in the end. Its kinda sad because the bikes are so awesome.
Don't know how it's now but back in the cracking radical days it also took quite some time to get one from warranty. Essencialy the same problems as all the others had.cant just be french and english - in austria we dont get any cs from them anymore either! - i love my kern lt - but i know why i didnt buy the radical... just too much risk of not having a bike for a while as many people here experienced it - I'm really scared of breaking mine again (first time the cs service was awesome but now they dont answer to emails anymore or anything!) - it really is too bad because they do ride nice
