Sorry for the doubt. Didn't realize what you had on it.

Where did you find the Ti small bolts?
I have ti rotor bolts but want brake bolts, seat clamp bolt, iscg bolts ect

i was thinking of going with 721s or EQ31s, that would shed a good amount of weight. Just not sure how much abuse they would take

No worries. I have ridden two sets of 721's for two years without any issues (I weigh 205lbs without gear.)
I get my ti bolts from a couple of places. Hyper bolts is my favorite to deal with. It usually takes the guys a few days to ship but he always delivers.

Ebay.hk and the regular one are the best bets. For some reason I managed to get quite a lot of cheap ti bolts. They hold up well. I only managed to snap 2 in my seatpost and it hurt like hell.

As for weight - just go tubeless. That will loose you some weight. If you are light (70-72kg max) you could go away with revolution spokes (I do with no problems and I ride heavy! ). I also found a deetrax front hub which is suprisingly lighter than hope(given the price i got it for). My 823 front wheel ended up being only 950g. Never checked the rear but everything is the same apart from hope hub that is ~150g heavier. I don't see a reason to go lighter.

Most of the bolts were from hyper bolts (i.g rotor bolts, caliper mounting bolts, stem bolts, seat clamp bolts..etc.) Anything with a counter sunk head I got from race bolts.

I rode my buddies m6 which was about 41lbs and it felt solid. If anything it felt a little more stable and was less flick-able then my old m6. Regardless to stay it defiantly didn't pedal as well.
Dont be talking trash!! My M6 was in the mid 38's with my I9's and ti coil... What a hater!!

Hey now, I know it's winter and all, but stop arguing about weights of bikes and go shred some trails.

Here are two of the bikes I will continue to ride/race for 2011.
2010 Transition Bank -DJ/DS

2007 Blur 4x- 4x/DH/AM/FR

What I'll be racing downhill on is still up in the air. I rode a Revolt last year.

almost finished:
new pedals are on the way, AVA cartridge will be next.
I just did the Avalanche cartridge on my 2010 Boxxer Team, so easy and the fork feels great. It feels better then both 888s I had, 2004 R with compression sleeve and 2007 RC2X. Better then the stock Team and WC.
I highly recommend it. Easy maintenence, user tuneability Craig does a great job and will spend time going over everthing with you to make sure the cart is tuned exactly for what you want/need.:thumb:

New Rune for me.

A fairly light build, a Reverb and 1x9 or 1x10 gearing to finish it off.

I bought it specifically for the Cairns trails, but by the time I had it built up, I got a new job and moved town.

I'm still waiting for the bushings to break in and the ride to become a bit more plush.

Old bike with the same build was 31.9 pounds, the new frame is 11.4 as delivered from Devinci. Should be about 2 pounds heavier, though I haven't had a chance to check it yet.
