Thanks, I'm pretty psyched to get it out on the trail.
Probably right around the (+/-) 30lb mark. The Oozy wheels are fairly light at 1650g for the pair, single ply 2.5/2.35 DHF. The rest of the parts are whatever Banshee or Spank had on hand, but even the X5 cranks is no boat anchor.
I don't have a scale but there's an '08 100mm Reign xc bike in my office and it's heavier that the Rune in the highly scientific two-arm lift test.

If your rear hub allows, convert it to a bolt-on axle for a mega-stiff rear end.
Most def, I have a 440 hub with a thru axle, and it feels stiffer than my DH bike. Crazy...
While I would've preferred the new 142 X 12 rear, this will suffice and I couldn't say no to the price.

new test ride for 2013. gonna ride this for a few months then try to trade for a DWLink frame. I'm deciding between VPP vs DWLink, 29r vs 27.5 for my next trail/AM ride.

Cheers guys, very happy with the build, though I can't comment on the shock yet.
The RaRe air fork is better than the coil no doubt, been using that for a while - but this new build only just completed yesterday evening. First ride tomorrow.

Cant give an honest opinion just yet I'm afraid, as I've only just taken it for a quick ride, in a mini DH area that I usually just use my hardtail for. "The car park test" and the quick ride about, feels like a coil - but that's all I can say on it for now.
It's a shame, as the bike won;t be ridden for at least another 5 weeks while I'm off on holiday.
