Nope... I travel for work. Different city almost everyday.

This week - Atlanta and St. Louis so far, off to Amarillo and then home by Thursday.

Enjoy your cell!

This is one of my larger clients where I work:

We somehow managed to squeeze a halfrack in there since these pics were taken as well. Fun fun.

Sorry its blurry. I wanted to snap it fast without looking like a weirdo taking a photo of where he spends 40 hours a week on a computer. Fish tank and all.

I don't like a sense of permanency, so there's nothing on my walls, nothing in my cube really. When I"m asked to leave, or decide not to show up there's nothing to pack.

They say "no pics or anyting" and I say "nope, not staying"

LOL, that was 4 years ago.

I should stay though right? Cause the economy and fear and all right?

Crappy phone:

Melbourne Victory vs. Adelaide United. I only have the one TV hooked up at the moment. Boca juniors play after lunch.

Here's mine.

If I take a camera into my work I get fired. Its only a matter of time until this site gets blocked by the ever updating firewall.

Opera + Tor on USB key run on port 80 = unblockable (well as long as they don't disable USB mass storage via software or hardware measures):

http://archetwist.com/opera/operator

Or you can use a portable install of Firefox with a Tor proxy plugin setup:

I'm a ME, not a programmer. But I'm going to guess that an aerospace company might be a little better at blocking than normal. We are not even allowed to have USB drives unless they are encrypted company ones, I don't mean a password locked either.

That is pretty interesting though, I didn't know running it off a USB would make it anonymous and run through an unblockable port. I thought the ports were through the network card though.

Its anonymous because none of the data is stored on the PC and the traffic is routed over the Tor network:

http://www.torproject.org/overview.html.en

Its only unblockable if they allow standard filtered Internet access. WWW traffic goes over port 80 and web filters are unlikely to work against a Tor setup. There are some other routing tricks or you could setup a SSH tunnel/VPN to home and use remote desktop/VNC/or a paid service like cisco's go to my pc.

Wow dude, you must run in 64x2 bit mode to operate all that equipment. I betcha things happen in that cube eh? :bonk:

Hey, guess what? A guy just got fired today and I got one of his accounts. I'm now the primary DBA (dirty bullsh*t artist / decision maker) for International Dairy Queen. LOFL

So think of me when your sucking down that next blizzard. Does it taste kind of funny?

My last sh1twhole:

Entertaining another situation or two despite the economy sucking and living large in a sick office, but there's no growth without change...

And being a mile from the office would be kill.

Edit: To all of the "cube noobs", the CDs hangin' on the wall are rear view mirrors...

I got all you bitches beat. I got over 400 channels of nothing to watch and pay-per-view porn that I don't have to pay for :D

An interesting stat of the day:
The average OnDemand rental viewing is 7 minutes long.
