Okay, so fine, I decided to check out the bike so I wouldn't be so horrendously ignorant. I just couldn't remember the name, but it's a Race Link, correct? Okay, ingorance potential #1 gone.
It has 9" of travel, so if that's meant for street, then you must have different streets in Denmark than we do in the States. 9" of travel is meant for DH and freeride. No more ignorance #2.
Now, as to that single crown fork, it looks like it has 5", maybe 6" max of travel. That bike, as previously stated, is for DH and FR, and with 9" in the back, should you really be putting such a fragile-looking and low travel fork on the front? I guess it doesn't matter if you're not actually doing anything with the bike that it was meant for, but then why the Race Link? Every other picture of that bike has a DC fork on it.
Really confused about your ignorance statement RockyMt21...
Your ignorant because it isn't a race link. It's a FQ (aka mini-link)
The fork has 5" the rear has about 6"
He also lives in Mass, not denmark

Okay, I stand corrected. Brooklyn didn't have a Mini-Link on their homepage, but I have heard of the bike you speak of. And double ignorance... I was looking at Seismic's sig because he quoted the same pics.
I do have one question though. What's the purpose of a 5 & 6 bike that is so burly and weighs so much?

If it weren't for all the time I spend surfing the web at work, I would have never heard of it either

I think it started as an urban/fun bike that BMW built because they could.
You'll have to ask the people that buy them. I know I wouldn't pay that much for a bike that was that limited.

The best thing is is that you too can have one as there just happens to be one for sale in the classfieds section. If I was a man about how agressively I rode I'd be all over it. It's a sexy bike. But I'm a sissy and can't justify the expense.

My WB 2.0 is incredible, i was some what hesitant on buying them, considering how hard it is to find reviews or opinions on them, but it was the best decision i made. after getting the fork dialed in, it eats up small bumps like non other, while still taking huge drops with out bottoming. I have yet to bottom them out. Yes, the bike is a large frame, she is a steed and i love her.

Cool bike !!! But why a RED seat ??

I did have a nice black saddle on it when I first built it up and the forks were black as well. This is what it used to look like

Personally I don’t really go in for the stealth look, I like a bit of colour in my bike so I put the red saddle on and polished the forks.

It work’s for me :D

i like it allot, i have it in the larger travel setting.

i think a sherman would prob be over kill, that black on their has been hucked for 2 years straight now w/o a single seal change and still feels new...
geometry is nice. i wouldnt get it from a bike shop though, i built that bike up from scratch, if u couldnt already tell by the odd componentry and the duct tape....

Mack... I noticed you have a pass on that thing. What kind of lift-serviced riding do you do? Also, do you know the weight of that frame?
Oh, and I have some Primo flat pedals if you want them, $5 + shipping, I'll ship as cheap as you like.

Are you satisfied with the Mojo kit in the boxxer?

Yeah they are really nice and plush.
They work well on small bumps and they ramp up on big hits, they also don’t bob as much as the original boxxers.
They have only got rebound adjustment, but there is plenty of adjustment and the compression adjuster on the original boxxers didn’t do much anyway.
As you don’t use as much fluid in them there is very little pressure when they are compressed so you wont be blowing any seals up (my seals are chewed up from removing them and they don’t leak at all).
The only thing I would say against them is that they don’t save as much weight as they clamed but I didn’t buy them for that so it doesn’t bother me.

I wanted to get some of those new Fox forks but having a go on these again this week I think I will keep them for another year.

Well, here's my dirty ride w/ one crankarm and no pedals, but I wanted to join in on the fun :) If you care to see a better shot of it, you're always welcome to solicit me for a ride in and near B'ham.
Ha, I was cleaning my bike and I did the same thing, your shock is upside down, check the Santa Cruz site. If you take a big hit the toptube could hit resi of the 5th. Check your manual. This is a picture from Santa Cruz's site
