does anyone know of any shop or person that has an adapter to run a 8" rotor with hayes caliper onto a fox fork with post mounts? really really need one quickly. prefrebly in sf. thanks.

Maybe you missed the, "really really need one quickly" part. I don't think that shipping from Minnesota qualifies as "quickly"

I've got a handfull of Post mont adaptors for Magura brakes, which should work out for the Hayes as well. 203 rotor.
Kinda in the NorthFarEast Bay, Winters, just north of Vacaville.
