i'm not following though - what's up w/ this calendar?

That is the first schedule i put together for this year. It is ridiculous. Most local race dates canbe substituted with larger races (IE WC or NCS), this would make anyone doing a full schedule 100% likely to burnout.

I will probably do half of it, but WILl be doing 4 WCs and crankworx.

Seeing as I will be racing pro, I have no chance of a top 5, so it doesn't really matter. Canada cup has UCI points, and a national ranking.
