3. After a certain amount of time, no, you don't get to just go back and kick out the inhabitants that have just as much, or more claim to the land. I would argue that since they were already there, they have more claim than a fairy-tale book. And it's not just about taking the land, it's about all the human rights abuses, including mass murder and genocide, on the side of Israel, through this process.
