Reminds me of Castle about 2 weeks ago.

He came to meet us to shuttle and was like "I had Burger king right before I got here." He did one run and looked sick. He yakked out some after the first run and he felt better.

If I eat before a ride, it's like 2 hours before.

Nice. I had a Chicken Carbona from Quizno's with extra jalapeno's before tonights ride. No ill effects whatsoever. Can't beat Quizno's for a quick meal. ink:

I must say, a slightly loose movement beofer the ride was the only ill affect recieved from such a wonderful pre-ride lunch. Mmm... hamburger...
