Dude it's a garage.

My GF's house has a detached wooden garage that is on it's last legs. We were thinking of tearing it down and putting up a steel building on the same cement slab that the wood one is on now.

A steal, pop-up garage is usually followed by a wash machine, dryer, and fridge.

^ it's STEEL not steal (unless it's a stolen garage of course) and there are lots of VERY nice ones out there. Think of the industrial looking ones Caltrans uses to store snow plows etc on the side of the highway in the mountains. Galvanized steel construction etc....
