What i did for years was put a signature down for the parent spot. Any old signature will do. Or have any friend that is 18+ sign for you. That works too.

Parent MUST sign the waiver at the venue or bring a notarized copy.

I believe that the process is that you have your parents sign the form in front of a notary public. UPS stores tend to have notaries available.
thats what i meant. but there is no spot to have it stamped, does that matter? i know at highland they had a spot for it.
Any bank can notarize your waiver. Just do that.
The Notary will know where to stamp it. Sorry we have to go thru all this, but with all the litigation these days venues are forced to these measures by their insurance companies.
