For Anka Martin, mountain biking is about the adventure, the exploration and the camaraderie, not so much the competition, although she happens to be a badass shredder who won Trans-Provence last year and the inaugural Andes Pacifico in February, has completed the arduous Cape Epic four times and is a regular Top 10 finisher in the EWS races.
