Holy crap,I ran into a guy that I transported to Stanford Hospital 8 years ago in a Bariatric Ambulanc. He weighed 750 pounds and he maxed out our power gurney. I filled in on the paratransit route yesterday and I saw the name and addresson the roster and my first thought was oh hell no it couldn't be. I pulled up. and he walked out on his own. still huge at 450 but I have got to give him credit for losing 300....

finally started building the Scott. cable housing won't exactly match, but meh. only waiting on rim tape to set up tubeless. this will also be my first attempt at dealing with internal cable routing.

Yesterday had me questioning my current line of work...everyone was really.....fussy. That's the only way to describe it, I guess. Everyone was just bitchy and fussy. I get it, Tuesday - the no-mans-land of the week, but damn, y'all....don't you know it's Taco Tuesday? How you gonna be angry when there's tacos waiting at the end of the day? ....and beer, too? ***sigh***
Imma go hop aboard the S.S. Positivity and see if I can go get some shit done.....wish me luck, because the people may not know it's Wing Wednesday, either.

its only the shifter cable thankfully. and it comes out of the downtube just in front of the BB, so i just need to route it before pressing in the BB. which reminds me, its also pressfit. ugh.

How's the structural integrity of that deck?
Most of the composite furniture for the deck has trickled in from LL Bean over the past couple days. Retaining wall for the playground area is done, now digging the earth for the patio and using that soil to level the playground area. Should both be ready for stonedust/mulch/blocks in a week or so. Total area for both is about 800 sqft, so it's a LOT of digging by hand to get it all devoid of grass and level...considering there's a solid 18" of height difference in the playground area.
Taking Friday off to ride in the AM then continue with said outdoor projects.
We'll find out from the blood tests soon whether I'll end up with 3 little girls or 2 little girls + 1 little boy backed into a corner by them.
How does that follow? E-bike decision was in part because I decided to liquidate my cryptocurrency. Bitcoin isn't buying me a Lambo, but is going to pay for that Pivot Shuttle.

Had a great trail run last nite to the meadow in the hills above the house. it was full of wildflowers & quite an unbelievable place to get to run.

At work by myself, but my sister is bringing sandwiches in maybe 20 minutes. All ready had one weirdo walk through the door today. wanted to see footage of someone stealing things out of his car a month and half ago. DVR only holds a month. Gunna go ride after work, its supposed to be cloudy with a possibility of showers. Rain would be nice for me so im happy about it. Ive been riding by myself lately and that has been nice but i should really bring some weed.
