I mangled the pedal threads on one of my hussefelts the other week at a race. I called up truvativ to see about crash replacement. Rob in the warrenty department was very easy to deal with, and I have a new pair of hussefelts on the way. It's always nice to deal with a company that treats their customers right.

same thing happened with me. I recieved them in about a week, and the guy was VERY friendly to talk to on the phone. Very good customer service

Too bad I can't say the same about FSA....

Bent V-drive arm so I sent it to them
No warranty (even though they claim it is 10 years... this is abuse even though their warranty covers DH)
I agreed to pay crash replacement and gave him my creditcard number
Never got a charge, never got new cranks, never returned my 6 or so phone calls

I have been crank-less for about 2 months now since I was expecting them to follow through with the crash replacement. Looks like I'll never buy from them again.

I didn't even have to send my broken crank to them.

I stripped one of my Truvativ crank arms that came stock on my P3 in 2000. When I call them they told me that's too bad, but next year they will be isis. It sucked for me because I just spent $1g on a bike and then I had to spend $200 on replacing the cranks after a months use. After that I knew never to buy a complete bike. I did give Truvativ a second chance in 03' by put Hollzefellers on my Nucleon only because I didn't want the weight of my Profiles. They held up fine for the season but I wish they were able to help me in 2000.

FSA has sucked repetitively for me, so I'm not surprised. I had a toasted BB (creaked since new) and a toasted headset bearing.

I also had some luck in their PIG DH and an Orbit XL.

If I had the choice, I would not pick FSA. I don't like my truvativs though, at least the BB.
