This was the reason for eating many small meals because it allows you to elminate "excess" protein waste.
Anyways, how much protein can your body absorb? 20? 40? 80? I had always heard it was something like 25?
I ask this because my protein mix is 20 per scoop and what's the point of putting in so much that you waste it.
