Nope, it's obvious from that top picture it's a 650b or 29er rear and 26 front. Don't forget that Specialized brainstormed the BigHIt with the 24 rear. That bike was for hucking to flat; this is a race bike so you have to do the opposite.
As far as I was aware, the Big Hit being 24 inch rear was Specialized's attempt to bring the wheelbase back in check and a budget DH bike. At that time Specializeds were lllloooonnnngggg - have a look at an FSR DH

Ironically, it looks like bits and pieces of several rigs. Front triangle from any random company, that machined piece looks like a DHR/Sunday, rocker looks like Trek and rear like Specialized.
