So I have been thinking of getting a PS3 on the cheap for XMas. I have seen refurbished ones for cheap. but my question is about capacity. Do you NEED 300+ GB, or doe a 60GB do just fine? I am not looking to play a ton of games, I just wanted a Blu Ray that does more than movies.

What do you even store on one?

Im over here now
if you get bigger games to play, a larger HDD is great to have. Uncharted 3 requires 16+gb alone and GT5 requires12+gb as well too. you can buy cheap laptop HDD's online though if you do get the 60gb. i had the original 30gb and had to delete older game data when i got a newer game.

i would think twice about getting a refurb PS3 though....especially if it died because of the YLOD problem (though i doubt youd be able to find out what was wrong with it originally.) new models are only $249 now btw
