RS' web site says that you should put a 5wt in the fork but since my buddy is a bigger guy and rides more aggressive like a few of us should I be putting a weight like a 7 or 10 in it?
One of my friends prefers a heavily damped feel, and loves his psylo with 12.5wt.
I'd say go for 10wt as a start... although personally I might even go as extreme as 15wt for myself.

I'm a light rider (140 #) and use 5 wt oil (Spectrum Fork oil). I get a nice plush feel and it doesn't bottom out. If you weigh around 180, look into 7.5 wt oil or 10 wt if you a slower compression... heavier wt oil= slower compression
there is almost no oil in the compression leg of the psylo. does it really make that much difference to change the weight? I can see it effecting the rebound because that leg is almost filled with oil. I weight 180 lbs and run extra heavy springs, and the standard 5 wt oil in my psylo and it works great for me.
