just got some parts anodized. here are some photos.

chainring (color reflects poorly on a camera. If you've ever seen a truvativ chainring, they have a "brushed" effect that reflects light weird)

everything else was purple already. if you look at the individual pictures, the purple looks different, but when you see the bike as a whole they look the same.

also attached is a pic of the new cane creek 110 headset. in purple of course!

If you've ever seen a truvativ chainring, they have a "brushed" effect that reflects light weird. It looks a lot better in person. Luckily I also had a 32t chainring anodized, but im not sure about the compatability with the guide. as for the decals, send me a p.m. with some prices and stuff. i might want a fresh headtube badge too.

So you can anodize components with laser etching without effecting the etch?

Those last bits already come in annodized purple. If I'm not wrong, there's no way to annodize without effecting the etch.

the etch actually came out a darker purple with most of the parts so you can still see it. on a salsa chainring that i anodized the logo stayed silver. i guess it just depends.
