Ive had som saddle time on my DH race Vanilla rc, and wow is all i can say, im sure in the 100's of threads here every compliment has been made that can about push (not to mention the price is VERY reasonable for someone rebuilding a screwed shock) the only thing left to do if find someone who does forks. looking at the internals of marzocchi forks, there really isnt anything that complex in there at all as far as making parts, so who does this? im assuming nobody or i would have heard about it, so whos gonna start?

There was a guy that was going to make a better piston for the Monster T, but then marzocchi came out with the 26mm shiver motocross cartridges (not to be confused with the mountain bike shiver), so they kind of did a "leapfrog" over him.

For most marzocchis, it would mean a brand new cartridge, and that would be expensive for sure. IMO marzocchi and fox are not the companies that need a lot of damping mods though :D

Not that I know much about it all, but I can see the need for revalving and upgrading rear shocks, as there are alot more variables for a rear shock than there are for a fork. But do you really need better damping in a Marzocchi or Fox fork? I don't think there's a need to custom valve a fork, once you get past oil weight and height, and spring preload, there isn't a whole lot more that needs to be taken in to account. I guess you could have custom "platform" valving for forks, but IMO they aren't needed for the front end.

I heard from a pretty reliable source that Push is putting the finishing touches on the Fork stations at their facility. Just waiting on a few machined parts and fixtures.

Don't tell them you heard it from me.

What I want to know is, when is that guy gonna come out with his own brand of shock :mumble:

I'd like to transform my pre-SPV Manitou breakdown... err I mean breakout... to something that'll feel balanced with my pushed RC
