Well got this bad boy to try out last week. Got to ride it hard all weekend at North Star. Initial impressions are good, but still too early to give you a review. So for now you'll just have to settle for some eye candy!
The sponsered Push riders have had them for a while... I've got a picture that was posted on here a while back of a 2004 DHR with the Pushed Fox.Incubus said:Nice. Is that one of the firsts with the remote resi?
Does a Romic Ti spring weigh any less than a smaller Fox steel?Acadian said:Binary vision: Push does make a remote reservoir, but unfortunately it's not a standard option - Race only program.
Incubus: No that is own Ti Spring. The one I had on the Romic...I just use the Romic retaining Collar.
Acadian- Race only program. [/QUOTE said:Yet, you have one. Interesting. Very Interesting indeed.
Maybe it should have read - Race only program and one freeride phenom by the name of Sweet Luc the Rim Destroyer!! :dancing:
couldn't tell you Tony....Bulldog said:Does a Romic Ti spring weigh any less than a smaller Fox steel?

Ha, just talking smack because I do not have one! :mumble:Acadian said:you know what I meant - just not available for consumers. Is that better Mr. Raney?
that is like people that put an R in my name!!Jeremy R said:You just won major bonus points for not putting an I in my last name.
I might need to get new ones soon.. Riding Whistler really made me soft - North Star is so damn rough!!!Jeremy R said:How's about a new rim?
No kidding eh?...definitely takes some getting used to!! I still need to do a few tweaks, but I'm pleased so far.CBJ said:Complete suspension change front and rear in one month. I hope it (free)rides as good as it looks.

but wait a minute...Darren has a LOT of "things" in his bag-o-goodies!!
that pic was taken after a full rebuild of the links...buildyourown said:No keeping secrets! I wanna know!
Good lord you keep your bike clean. How do you get all the dust out of there?
www.pushindustries.com-BB- said:So do they hack it off w/ a saw and then thread it to add the remote resovior?
I think he was there with Eric Carter doing testing, EC had tweo dhrs, one with all the testing gear and one for racing. Darren was the only guy with a push shirt on, he was every where this weekend.....busy guy, and still really nice.SebringMGB said:waitaminute...... Darren from Push was at Schwietzer?!?!?! im asuming he didnt have a tent up, i looked all over for one....
no made it from an old XC I-Drive one. it doesn't do much, but does prevent little pebbles from getting into the links.Lefty said:Pretty nice. That mudflap is also very useful. Is that standard on those Turners.?
Not sure that it matters, but a romic steel spring is heavier than a fox steel spring. You could probably email RCS and ask them, as I think they make the ti springs for most everyoneBulldog said:Does a Romic Ti spring weigh any less than a smaller Fox steel?
are you no longer on the boxxer?Acadian said:No kidding eh?...definitely takes some getting used to!! I still need to do a few tweaks, but I'm pleased so far.
Makes sense since Romic springs have bigger diameter than the Fox ones.Fulton said:Not sure that it matters, but a romic steel spring is heavier than a fox steel spring.
No he was able to get his hands on a sweet and not used RST Hi5 as recommended by JM.Fulton said:are you no longer on the boxxer?
ya...I'm not using a Moto fork, since these are the only forks JM RecommendsCBJ said:No he was able to get his hands on a sweet and not used RST Hi5 as recommended by JM.
DAAAMN! Those are sick! I'd hella ride one of those, but I'm not good enough to warrant one, would totally make me look like a poser. oh, wait.......CBJ said:No he was able to get his hands on a sweet and not used RST Hi5 as recommended by JM.
That's IF Push decides to offer this setup to consumers - which I hope he does.bpatterson6 said:I will probly go with something Like the Remote Resevoir Pushed Shock with Ti Spring.
