To whom is it offensive? I do not find it offensive. If I dislike someone using an avatar of Malcolm X or Louis Farrakhan, I have no right to insist on a website or for that matter call for all others on it to join me and to remove it. That's nothing more than mob mentality and allowing a few to strong arm all others with open minds into compliance by force and fear, and using racism as an excuse to get ones own way. We live in a free society and a society of diversity. I feel that should be honored! After all, freedom of speach is freedom of speach. As a free society, we allow blacks by right of freedom of speach, to have a Black Entertainment Television, BET, Black History Month, Kwanza, Afram festivals, and many other things and events geared towards blacks and their heritage. Take Miss Black America, that by the way, does not allow whites or any other races to enter. That in itself is racist and discrimination. But blacks would justify it saying they have a right being a minority to have their own pageant to celebrate their own heritage. Why can blacks celebrate their own heritage in plain view and consider it their right and consider themselves in the right for exercising that right, but whites wanting to celebrate their own heritage in plain view and consider it their right and consider themselves in the right for exercising that right, called racists by blacks and their exercising of their beliefs as racist. If blacks demand a Miss Black America pageant because they are a minority, then allow other minorities to enter.
Would I be received so warmly by society as blacks are in reference to all the above that I mentioned if I insisted on the same for my white race? Would blacks say, "Go ahead, celebrate your white heritage, you have a right to just like us," the way we allow blacks to do?
