Out of my mind, back in a moment.
If you read your history you'll know that the state in today's question produced perhaps the most influential president in the 19th century. It's one time capital building also had the distinction of being able to be rented ridiculouosly cheaply.

Because people wanted harder, you'll have to research.

I want the STATE, CITY of the capitol building, and the DAILY RENTAL RATE. For 2 points.

Or bone?

I guess we don't use bone tools very much anymore... I mean, outside of ritualistic sacrifices to the pagan gods. Which I've had to cut back to a few times a year. Good virgins are hard to come by.

What leather tool do we use?

Not the answer I was thinking of, but it could also work.
Hmm, leather tools... belts, gloves, protective wear, boots, shoes... Parchement for writing. Slingshots...

edit: bags, saddles, water containers/casks
