I am a light rider at 140 lbs, and pretty smooth. I am running a Rock Shox Tora with Argyle internals. (yes it works ) Anyway, I have been trying really fast/low 3's lately and sometimes I will land and feel the wheel flex and rub the side of the fork arch. Is this something to be expected with a QR? And will switching the axle to bolt-on make it a bit stiffer?

I used to ride a fox 32 but with a bolt-on hub, so I was wondering if the QR axle is simply not stiff enough. Thanks!

yes QR is more flexible. switching to 20mm will feel way better.

Switching to 20t/a was last on my list. I'd have to get a new fork, or new lowers. Will bolt on help?

Bolt on won't make a huge difference at all... You're still going to get some rub on the inside of the fork. T/A is night and day though

Yea I know t/a is the way to go, I might have to take the dive and go that route.
