I have a 2000 model QR20 hub and want to use a standard 20mm hub with my forks (2000 Z1 and 2001 Super T) Can I remove the axel or buy an axel to use with a standard 20mm hub?
yes, you can take your axel out of the qr20 hub and use it on any 20mm hub, if you want to keep that wheel i think you can get the axel from quality or bti(any bike shop can get them for you)
Leave your QR20 hub as it is. The axle is near impossible to remove. You will save your self a whole lot of time by just buying a standard 20mm axle for your other hub and use your QR20 skewer on it.
