Going up to Quebec City with the GF for 4 nights in a couple weeks and we've always had a good time visiting the local breweries. I would like to visit La Barberie brewery, but was curious if any Quebecois had any other recommendations or knew of any good brew pups?

Please keep the Canadian Bacon movie references to a minimum

La Barberie is definitely the place to go. They make "carroussels" of 8 local beers for 15 bucks

You can also go to "Les Salons d'Edgar". really cool place, pool tables, pretty girls, etc. and it's close to La Barberie

Plus you must see a new italian restaurant/bar called Savigny. They invested 5 millions. went there yesterday and was really pleased. Good food, music, ambiance. It's on the Grande-Allée st.
