there are some jumps that Rama Fire and Chris Eiman built, then the city wanted to tear them down..long story, but I have no Idea where they are.

Pretty wild jumps actually. Some residents walking around in the woods near the jumps and were enjoying the lack-o-homeless in that area now.

The city wants them down due to possible slide prone hillside issues.

from my source, thats not true. The maintanance of the hill side and the cleanliness of the park has turned 180 and its most likely to stay...

At one point they were "private", but now that they're "out in the open" I would guess they're property of the city. I'm just taking an educated guess here.

They are on city property, in a city park I believe. Or maybe a greenbelt/open-space type thing.
So no, they are very public.
That's not even counting the stranger (or was it the weekly?) article that went over them in detail. I believe if you search this forum you will find a link to it and directions to find them.

true Kevin,they are public..BUT..if those caught a MTB on them, they would be very un happy...there are cool guys Ive rode with Eiman before. But these started off as there hidden jups...so we should leave them that way.
