when i lived near asheville a ski resort opened up near mars hill, is that place still open and do they open up lifts for downhill at all?

Aren't Segways for people who are to fat and lazy to walk anywhere?
After they're done paving, er ah "repairing", the trails at Bent Creek, maybe they can install a series of conveyer belts like the ones in big airports. That would be a great way to experience nature.
