How many spacers do you use in the new style shimano bb for a 73mm shell, i had a 63mm and am changing frames?

Anyone? Need help fast.

That works.... I always refer to Sheldon Brown when I have tech issues, but since most of my questions are about components that are no longer being mfg. anybody got a 5 cog freewheel for a Maillard helicomatic hub ?
