Somehow I switched the settings on my Windows XP and now the start up and shut down screens are different. They look like this now, as opposed to the other style where it was the blue box with the icon's to choose from. Just wondering if anyone knows how I would go about changing it back? Thanks.

Start > Control Pannel > User Accounts > Change the way Users log on and off

Click on the Box "Use the Welcome Screen" so that there is a check mark.
