Ya, fractures hurtBroken ribs too? Geez. Ya man, take like 3 months off. Get a pass to the UCSB rec cenn (wonderful scenery while you sit on the stationary bikes). Lift for your shoulder/back and work on general conditioning. It'll work wonders.
Going to take a long while off and see how it turns out. Thanks again for the advice guys. Also kind of hoping other people are learning things also.
Can't wait to race again though so I can try all these things.
